Cup88 is more than just a name in the online entertainment industry. We are a platform built specifically with Malaysian players in mind — in terms of language, payment methods, game types and the way we deliver customer support every day.
Cup88 was born from a simple question: why should Malaysian players settle for overseas platforms that do not truly understand their needs and way of life? That question drove the founders of cup88 to build something different — an online entertainment platform designed from the ground up with Malaysian DNA.
We understand that Malaysian players want a smooth and intuitive experience in Bahasa Malaysia, payment options they use every day like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, and customer support they can reach without waiting long in a ticket queue.
From day one, cup88 has prioritised three things: platform reliability, player data security, and withdrawal speed. Not because it sounds good on paper — but because those are what truly matter to players who entrust their money and time to us.
Cup88 launched with an initial focus on Live Casino and online Slots, targeting Malaysian players seeking a more locally relevant entertainment platform alternative.
Listening to member feedback, cup88 expanded its game portfolio by adding a comprehensive sports betting section and fish shooting games popular among Southeast Asian players.
Major investment in server infrastructure and data encryption systems has brought platform uptime to 99.9% and reduced average withdrawal processing time to under 30 minutes.
Cup88 is now one of the most widely used online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members and a consistent year-on-year growth record.
Not just promises on paper — every one of these benefits is yours to experience from the moment you register your cup88 account.
The cup88 withdrawal processing system is built for speed. Most withdrawal requests via DuitNow and e-wallets are completed within 5 to 30 minutes — including on weekends and public holidays, with no limit on the number of daily withdrawals.
Cup88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and member personal data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, and automated security monitoring runs 24 hours a day without interruption.
From Live Casino with real dealers, modern video slots, entertaining fish shooting games, and interactive bingo to multi-league sports betting — cup88 delivers a complete entertainment ecosystem in one integrated platform.
Cup88 works seamlessly on any smartphone or tablet with no app download required. The interface is responsive and fast, optimised specifically for touchscreens so your gaming experience stays comfortable wherever you are.
Cup88 supports all the most commonly used payment methods in Malaysia — DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay and selected cryptocurrencies. Deposits are processed instantly with no hidden fees.
The cup88 customer support team operates around the clock and is reachable via live chat, email, and Telegram. We're proud of an average live chat response time of under 3 minutes — in Bahasa Malaysia so you feel right at home.
At cup88, we believe a great entertainment platform isn't just about having a wide game selection or attractive promotions. It's about how you — as a player — are treated every day, in every interaction with our platform.
These core values aren't just slogans on an office wall. They are the real standards we uphold in every product, service, and policy decision that affects your experience with cup88.
When you register an account with cup88, you're not just becoming another user on another platform. You become part of a growing Malaysian player community — one we serve with a genuine sense of responsibility.
Cup88 operates with full transparency — from clear bonus terms with no hidden conditions and openly displayed game RTP, to a withdrawal policy that never changes without prior notice to members.
Every new feature, every system update and every policy change at cup88 starts with one question: does this help or improve the player experience? Player satisfaction is not a side goal — it is our core purpose.
All games on cup88 use a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. Live Casino games use real physical equipment that players can monitor in real time through HD video streaming.
Cup88 runs a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes adjustable deposit limits, self-exclusion tools and support resources for players who need help. Healthy entertainment starts with a platform that cares.
Cup88 never stops evolving. We constantly listen to member feedback, monitor industry trends and invest in the latest technology to ensure our platform always delivers the best experience you can expect.
Cup88 is managed by a dedicated team of professionals spanning multiple areas of expertise — from technology and security to customer service and product development.
Cup88 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We understand that while online entertainment brings fun and excitement to the majority of players, a small number of individuals may face challenges in managing their gaming habits.
That's why cup88 consistently invests in tools and systems that help players stay in control. Not merely as a legal requirement, but because we genuinely care about the well-being of every member who trusts our platform.
